Writing

In school, we have just written a non-chronological report about Volcanoes.

Using the same success criteria from our last unit of work, write non-chronological report for a topic of your choosing. It could be for your favourite animal, a country of your choice or anything appropriate.

Success Criteria - To write a non-chronological report

• Title/heading
• Introduction paragraph (5Ws)
• Subheadings
• Paragraphs
• Factual language
• Technical language
• Formal tone
• Third person
• Images and captions
• Subordinate clauses
• Adverbial clauses

Maths

You should have been given a Maths sheet, looking at measuring and capacity.

Why not log onto TTRS and practice your times tables?

Topic

Write an information poster about a natural disaster of your choice.

Ensure you include images and captions and what the effects of the disaster has on human and physical features.
